All menus are based upon our organic products
The restaurant at the Agriturismo (open all days for lunch and dinner) offer traditional cuisine occasionally even refined and elegant aesthetically, mainly based upon local tradition with menus including seasonal products.
Our dish are cooked as requested to allow tasting each flavour fully: we are not for the “eat and go!” as we never use pre-cooked or ready-made gravies and pasta (on the contrary our cooks prepare all kinds of pasta), nor do we throw the food in the dish, but we spend the right time to prepare each dish as to provide a comprehensive and unique sensorial experience.
Meat is own production or imported from neighbouring breeding farms. Namely, pigs, lambs, poultry, rabbits and “chianina” cattle are bred free-range (the latter are bred in the nearby farmhouse Le Pile”).
Own produced extra virgin oil and wine match the dishes we offer.
One hectare of land is used to grow vegetables to assure genuine origin and freshness.
Corporate or familiar banquets can be arranged with special menus and “personalised” desserts can be requested from our pastry chef.
In the summertime, the outdoor wood oven is used to bake pizzas. Upon request, service can occur by the swimming pool.
The farmhouse offers areas for events and celebrations.
