The farmhouse is certified as organic farming company and produces:
- I.G.T. wines, including i Terre del Marrugio (monovarietal Sangiovese), Sambuchete (Trebbiano and Manzoni hybrid), Borgherolo (Red I.G.T.), Borgo della Commenda (Sangiovese and Merlot).
- Extra virgin oil from mechanical cold pressing.
- Sausages: salami, capocollo, ham, jowl, bacon, lard and sirloin from free-range bred pigs, mainly of Cinta Senese breed and from unique exclusive “PorcoCignale” (pig boar).
- Hazelnuts and derivatives, while the vegetable garden and the orchard provide marmalades and jams.
